I am coming to Tehran / Dizin in January 2017.
Can you please help with some fresh info on transportation or accom. Or is there anyone else looking to do a similar trip? Jan 14,15,16.. Cant wait.

Напишите напрямую в отель в Дизине, можно ли без оплаты забронировать места. Мы в gajereh жили и кроме нас почти никого не было.

Если "да", то может поделитесь информацией!?.
Мы собираемся в конце февраля дней на 10 туда слетать, но не знаем как это организовать.

Just been in Dizin in march 2015. Snow conditions were very good. Both hotels keep about the same standard and are really nice, at least if you like 60s architecture. Very friendly personnel. Prices (I give them in both toman (10 rial) and dollar at local exchange rate:
Taxi Tehran-Dizin one-way direct road (often closed): 70000T (21$)
Taxi Tehran-Dizin Chalous Road: 150000T (45$)
Hotel double room (same price for one or two persons): 200000T (60$)
Ski pass per day: 75000T (23$)
Rent skis 5 days: 200000T (60$), not sure about snowboard
Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 3*coffee): 100000T (30$]
Instructor 1 day: 200000T (60$)

Ps: there are too many guides at the place, cheaper and better they are less you hear them.

hello , dizin feedback from january 2014 ! , night in dizin , 120 $ with BF , ski pass per day 25 $ , ski rental per day 27 $ ( recent equipment ) , food rest hotel one 10 $ ! no snow since one month and snow on slope still very good ! no body on slopes :) , lifts not new but enough good to reach the paradise !!!!!!!! iranian style so good , hotel one good , room confortable with wifi , bathroom renew , accueil well ! not a 5 stars but enough !

I'm an Iranian who's currently in Iran. Dizin ski resort has just been open. You won't have much problem coming to Iran alone. As far as the visa in concerned, you can get more info by dropping by at a consulate or embassy of Iran. Let me know If I can help.

You need to apply for a visa through a tour operator that caters for Americans. These tours are more expensive than going solo. I don't know the costs (I'm not American). As long as you not a journalist or activist it should not be a problem.

Help with what? Ask a question and you might get an answer. As an American you need to join a tour as you always need a guide (Americans can't be trusted you know!)
